USU Baja Design and Fabrication


We meet weekly to design and build the one-man buggy used for the SAE Mini Baja competition. We will be providing tutorials for Solidworks and hands-on experience in the Metal Factory.
Come Ready to Join a Sub-team and get actively involved.
This is the base of a career in automotive and off-road and a great way to build design and fabrication skills.

Jazz Night at Elite Hall


Dance the night away at Elite Hall at 83 West Main Street in Hyrum, Utah with live big bands, dinner catered by Firehouse Pizzeria, and dance instruction from the USU Big Band Swing Club! Jazz Night at Elite Hall features the USU Jazz Orchestra and Jazz Ensemble directed by Max Matzen and Greg Wheeler. Free dance instruction provided by the USU Big Band Swing Club every night one hour prior to the event at 6:00 p.m.

Helicon West poetry event featuring novelist Amanda Luzzader


Featuring Amanda Luzzander, author of the novels "Among These Bones," "When It's No Longer Night," and "Creep Factor." Helicon West is an open-mic reading/featured readers series for local poets and writers. Anyone is invited to sign up and read up to seven minutes of their original work. Vagina Monologues


The Vagina Monologues is an episodic play by Eve Ensler.

Tickets are $10 at the door and all proceeds go to CAPSA and SAAVI to end violence against women and girls.
