PSC Seminar: Michael McPhaden

Department of Plants, Soils & Climate is hosting Michael McPhaden, Senior Scientist at NOAA/Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory in Seattle, WA for a special seminar.

Michael McPhaden will present a seminar titled, "Understanding and Predicting El Nino: Why was the 2015-16 El Nino so Strong?"

Living Historians to perform as Frederick Douglass and Lucretia Mott

Special Event

The year 2020 marks the centennial of the ratification of the 19th amendment, which granted women the right to vote in the United State. Living historians Nathan Richardson and Renee-Noelle Felice will be here to perform as Frederick Douglass and Lucretia Mott, honoring their amazing lives and legacies, which are as relevant today as they were one hundred years ago.
