Focused ACT lends itself well to primary care, behavioral health consulting, and other allied health settings where interventions are brief, in addition to traditional therapy settings. During this training, you will develop skills needed to conduct change oriented interviews, create life changing problem reframes, and to motivate radical behavior change.
