Eighth Annual Lackstrom Linguistics Symposium


Come and hear teaching and research presentations by Master of Second Language Teaching graduate instructors, USU language and literature faculty at this year's seminar, titled "Exploring New Perspectives on L2 Learning and Teaching: Literacies, Texts, and Cultures." This year's keynote speaker is Dr. Kate Paesani, Director of the Center for Advanced Research on Language Acquisition at the University of Minnesota.

Tanner Talks series featuring Dr. Christina Lee, an expert in religious cultures of the Spanish Philippines


Tanner Talks presents a lecture by Dr. Christina Lee, associate professor of Spanish and Portuguese at Forbes College, Princeton University. She is an expert in early-modern Iberian contact with Asia, focusing on the religious cultures of the Spanish Philippines. Free and open to the public.
