Leadership Forum: David Jenkins

Panel Discussion/Presentation | Focused Friday

David Jenkins, founder and chairman of Conservice, will receive the Huntsman Distinguished Executive Alumnus award. Jenkins retired as President and CEO of Conservice in August 2020, 20 years after starting the business. During his time at the helm, Conservice grew to a multi-billion dollar company with over 2,000 employees and was named by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing companies 13 times. Jenkins was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Utah Region in 2011 and currently serves as a member of the Huntsman School National Advisory Board.

Come tour the Metal Factory to learn how to bring your ideas to life. All your metal working and wood working tools are free to use to all USU students and employees to help them gain experience in designing and building new products. Afterwards there will be Crumble cookies and Gossner milk for you to enjoy and talk to Metal Factory employees about bringing your ideas to life.

End of Summer Alley Cat Race

Sports

The Alley Cat Race is a scavenger hunt type bike race around Logan! It is beginner friendly and will help new students get to know their community better. There will also be tons of prizes from local businesses!
