Denim Day Celebration

Denim Day asks community members, elected officials, businesses, and students to make a social statement with their fashion statement by wearing jeans on this day as a visible means of protest against the misconceptions that surround sexual violence.
Part One: Awareness Booth
10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Logan Campus, TSC Fountain Plaza
Support Denim Day by wearing your finest jeans! Then stop by our booth to make statement buttons you can pin to your jeans and pick up your embroidery kit for our nighttime event!
Part Two: Embroidery and Consent
7:00 PM, https://usu-edu.zoom.us/j/89706012615?pwd=RTNHSlpWVGliMXNEQXFuUWl6ZW83UT09
Meeting ID: 897 0601 2615
Passcode: denimday
Participants will learn how to and actually stitch 'Did I Say Yes', and similar statements, into the zipper seam of their jeans to outwardly symbolize the need for consent for any activity that is sexual in nature.
