Coping with Loss During COVID-19

Workshop/Training

Over the last year, most of us have accumulated multiple losses as a result of the global pandemic. Though loss weighs heavy on our hearts, these experiences are often the catalyst for reconstructing purpose and meaning about our lives. Additionally, collective experiences of grief and loss are unique opportunities for us to co-create meaning together.

In this webinar, we will learn how to support one another as we encounter the collective losses and the personal losses that each of us have endured over the last year. Attendees will be given a chance to explore how these losses have changed their view of self, relationships, and their purpose. Then, we will use this meaning to identify positive coping mechanisms to use as we turn to face the unknown in 2021.

According to more recent research, this time frame may even be shrinking to a mere five seconds! This means that whether you’re in a job interview, at a business meeting, or participating in a networking event, you have little time to make a good first impression! Join us on the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business YouTube Channel to learn how to dress for success!
