This Sparkshop will share how you can implement these ideas into your instructional practices, classroom environment, and the behind-the-scenes administrative work you do to keep a course running. As with all Sparkshops, there will be opportunities for exploring and learning from one another.

The workshop is based on the workshop, Peak Performing Professor, and the book, The Peak Performing Professor: A Practical Guide to Productivity and Happiness, both by Susan Robison (The Destressor Professor).
