Science Unwrapped - Molecules, Crystals and CHOCOLATE

Panel Discussion/Presentation | Science Unwrapped

Most of us LOVE chocolate, but do you know the science behind how it's made? Utah State University food chemist Silvana Martini, research director of the Aggie Chocolate Factory, will show us! According to Dr. Martini, chocolate has come a long way, evolving over the past 4000 years from a thick bitter drink to the sweet and delicious treat we enjoy today. Join us online at 7 pm Mountain, via Zoom webinar, at www.usu.edu/unwrapped for a SWEET presentation. Also, if you're in the Logan, Utah area, pick up some free samples prior to the presentation from the Aggie Chocolate Factory at 1111 North 800 East, Suite A104, Logan (across from Maverick Stadium).
