USU Employee Discount Available for Jerry Finkbeiner 2017 Summer Camps

Utah State University women's basketball has announced a registration discount to all USU faculty and staff for the 2017 Jerry Finkbeiner summer camps. 

All university employees can register their children to participate at a 30 percent discounted rate. Camp registration can be done online at aggieswomensbasketballcamps.com. To apply the discount, enter the code “USU30” at checkout. The discount is available for the Individual Skills, PeeWee and High School Development camps

The camp season will open with the Individual Skills and PeeWee camps, held Tuesday, June 6, through Thursday, June 8. Each camp will run from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. daily, with check-in beginning at 8:30 a.m. June 6. The Individual Skills Camp will focus on the basics of the game, teaching players important skills of basketball offense, defense and ball handling. Registration is $100, open to girls entering the third through eighth grades. 

The PeeWee Camp is designed for young players to get an entry-level exposure to basketball. Registration is $75 for the week and is open to girls entering kindergarten through second grade. Both the Fundamental Skills and PeeWee camps will conclude with a final competition and awards ceremony that is open to participants' parents. 

The Utah State camp season will wrap-up Monday, June 25, with the High School Development Camp. The High School Development Camp is designed to help players improve skills, introduce college training techniques and learn about the college recruiting process. Registration is $65 if done by Sunday, June 24, or $75 afterward. The fee includes and a camp T-shirt. The camp is open to high school girls, entering ninth through 12th grades. Check-in will begin at noon, with camp running from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
