Beta Bowl


Teams compete in a college bowl with a JEOPARDY format. The games will consist of teams answering questions and accumulations points. Questions are from categories such as math, science, art, music, humanities, etc. The team with the most points will be the winner of the round. Competition will be a single-elimination tournament

USU Meditation Club


Join the Utah State University Meditation Club as we hold a weekly practice for all students, faculty, and staff. All levels welcome.

During Spring 2019, meetings will be held on the 3rd Floor of the Aggie Recreation Center (ARC) from 12:30-1:30PM on Fridays, except on holidays and/or during student recess. Occasionally, the group conducts a walking meditation outdoors.

Join the USU AIAA Student chapter and USU Rocket Club in ending Engineers week with a blast! Compete to build a compressed air rocket that can fly the highest or the most accurately! Tanner Talks series: Paul Losensky, expert on Persian literature to speak


Paul Losensky, professor of Central Eurasian Studies and Comparative Languages at Indiana University Bloomington, will present a lecture. He is an expert on Persian language and literature in primarily Iran, India and Central Asia. Free and open to the public. Part of Tanner Talks "Global Renaissance" series.

Wind Orchestra


The Wind Orchestra, the "flagship ensemble" of the USU Bands, is a 45-member ensemble of the finest wind and percussion players in the school. Conducted by Director of Bands Thomas P. Rohrer, it plays the finest in contemporary wind music as well as time-tested standards from the band repertoire. The Wind Orchestra performs three concerts each semester, and entrance is gained to the ensemble by audition at the outset of each semester. The ensemble has performed at the Utah Music Educators Convention and the College Band Directors National Association Western Division Conference.
